I’d just subscribed to your site, but still have not gotten an email. I even checked in my spam folder. Does it take a while or something?

Hi Jeremy, Im 18 and just starting out in Hockey, this website is fantastic for beginners like me. I’m wondering if you’d have any tips for me to help my game on and off the ice and all of the Nutrition stuff. Thanks :)

Jeremy, I have watched multiple videos of yours and have really seen an improvement in my game. I’ve noticed that I need a new stick because it is too short but I am confused on which one I should buy. I have never really got to know what I like because I would just use whatever stick my dad bought me. But now that I am older I think that a stick that is a perfect fit could really benefit me. The only problem is that I’m really confused on what brand to get. People will tell me that it is all about personal preference but there is no way to really know what I like if I haven’t tried them all. What’s a way I can find out what brand, curve, flex, and height of a stick that works best for me without having to buy every single one?

Try sticks from your friends, or just play around with a bunch of sticks at a store and grab one that feels right.

Hey Jeremy, I love your videos, they are really helping me out. Do you have a video or any tips on how to have real good accuracy? I’m not playing but I’ve been thinking about being on a team. I train a lot everyday and use your tips. Thanks for your enormous help and inspiration.

It’s all about practice, if you have it on one side you can get it on the other side soon. Just keep practicing and you will slowly get better and better
