		<description>I noticed this as well, it&#039;s nothing to worry about just take a break from shooting for a day or two and stretch your elbow the odd time. For me it would normally happen when I was shooting A LOT, if I shot over 100 pucks a day for a few days my elbow would start to bother me a bit.</description>

		<description>I have a right-handed shot and have been finding that my left elbow has been getting sore after takng wrist shots. Not sure is this is an indication of bad technique, weak muscles, etc. Wondering if you can offer an explanation and some advice on how to deal with this? Thanks.</description>

		<description>Not to clue what your chances of making to the N are, but only about 60 new players make it in the NHL each year so you have to be pretty good!
